Students will learn about all about chocolate, and assist in making gourmet chocolate truffles and filled bonbons. We will be using professional techniques that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hr class consisting of demonstration and hands-on student participation.

- How to choose the right chocolate
- Proper melting and tempering methods
- Molding and shaping chocolates
- Ganaches and Fillings
- and much more!
A generous tasting of all chocolates made in class will be provided as well as a sample box to take home.
