Sharing the Secret!

My husband and I have been to a few chef’s tables and cooking classes, and this past Sunday we were so excited to share Gio’s wonderful meal with some other friends. The meal started with simple, but delicious, warm olives and then just got better from there. Pasta e Fagioli just like my mom used to make, even with the fresh olive oil and Parmigiano, really brought back some wonderful memories. Our marsala had just the right amount of sweetness. Our dessert, Pumpkin spiced panna cotta with a crumble topping, had a hint of salt that balanced so nicely. Throughout the meal Gio was happy to share how something was made if one of the diners asked, but allowed all of us to enjoy the conversation around the table. We will be back and our friends are right behind us! Thank you.
