Zoom class on spaghetti and meatballs (from scratch!)

Chef Gio calmly showed us – from newbies to experienced cooks – how to take our prepared ingredients and turn out a delicious meal in 1 1/2 hours from scratch – our own spaghetti from semolina flour and water; and our own meatballs and red sauce. Delicious and easy. It’s true I’ve made this meal before but not this well – and I picked up a lot of tricks!. Thanks Chef!
