Students will learn to create the ultimate gourmet burgers all from scratch, while leaning to master the grill! We will be using professional techniques that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hr class consisting of demonstration and hands-on participation (what does this mean?).
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
Lessons include:
- Combining the best meats for the ultimate flavor burger.
- Making Brioche Buns from scratch.
- Homemade Condiments.
- Mastering the outdoor grill.
