Food and Wine pairings do not have to be complicated or fancy. In this class, we explore pairing moderately priced everyday Italian wines with everyday foods.
In this new high fun, low-stress, interactive event, we combine a cooking class and chef’s table wine tasting in which student couples will assit in make one part of a dish , then enjoy the rest of the menu expertly prepared by us and paired with some amazing Italian wines. Recipes for the entire dinner will be provided upon request. We will be using all scratch ingredients along with professional and traditional techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour event consisting of several prepared courses, as well as some hands-on Participation (what does this mean?)
