  • Braised Short Rib Chili | Corn Tortillas  
  • Roasted Tuscan Chicken and Potato Stew
  • Butternut and Caramelized Onion Soup | Tortellini
Students will learn how to make comforting and hearty cold weather dishes using all scratch ingredients and professional techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class that consists of demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?). 
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
