  • Served with Fresh Baked Sicilian Bread 
Students will learn to create an authentic and rich “Sunday” sauce, along with homemade meatballs, braciole, and fresh pasta! We will be cooking with all scratch ingredients, using recipes from Chef’s family, along with classic techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hr class class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?).

Bring some wine to sip on during class!
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
