- Torta Mantovana | Rich Butter Cake w/ Lemon, Almonds and Pinenuts
- Torta Genovese | Light Vanilla Sponge Cake
Students will learn how to make simple and traditional Italian Cakes . We will be using all scratch ingredients and professional techniques, that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class that consists of demonstration only (what does this mean?).
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided
Some House-made pizza and tasty bites will also be served.
