Students will learn how to make authentic Sicilian pastry from scratch. We will be using traditional and professional techniques, that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 3 hour class that consists of demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?).
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
