Students will learn how to make the famous Sfogliatelle Pastry from scratch as well as the variation called Aragosta or Lobster Tail. We will be using traditional and professional techniques, that are easily duplicated at home.
This is a 2 1/2 hour class that consists of mostly demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?).
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
