  • Fresh Bread and Accompaniments 
Students will learn to produce authentic regional Italian sausages from start to finish scratch using fresh natural ingredients. The finished sausages will be prepared by grilling, and roasting with appropriate accompaniments. We will be using traditional and professional techniques that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hr class consisting of mostly demonstration with some hands on participation.
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
