  • Bucatini alla Carbonara
  • Spaghetti all’Amatriciana 
Students will learn  create the delicious, and famous four Roman Pasta Dishes, correctly,  from start to finish! We will be using all scratch ingredients, a variety of premium bronze extruded pasta,  and fresh pasta along with professional and traditional techniques, that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and some hands on participation (what does this mean?).
A generous sampling of all dishes made in class will be provided
