Mastering Tarts and Pies April 03, 2019 6:15 p.m.


  • Raspberry Almond Tart
  • Lemon Meringue Pie
  • Chocolate Ganache Tart
  • Dutch Apple Pie
Students will learn how to make a classic pies and tarts in full size and miniature versions, along with doughs, fillings and simple decorations.  We will be using scratch ingredients along with traditional techniques and professional tricks of the trade that can be easily duplicated at home.
This is a 2 1/2 hour class that consists of demonstration and some hands on participation.
**A generous sampling of all food made in class will be provided**
