Mastering Seafood March 19, 2020 6:15p.m.


  • Seared Diver Scallops | Sherry Reduction
  • Beer Battered Fish and Chips
  • Salt Roasted Branzino
  • Linguine with Clams (Homemade Pasta)
Students will learn how to expertly prepare delicious seafood dishes along with sauces and accompaniments. We will be using scratch ingredients along with professional techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?).
Feel free to bring your favorite bottle of wine to sip on during class.
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided
