Mastering Charcuterie Boards July 06, 2023 6:15 p.m.


Lessons will include:

  • Choosing the best Salumi, Cheeses and Accompaniments
  •  Toppings , Dips and Antipasti  from Scratch
  • Decorative Plating and Presentation
Students will learn to create amazing charcuterie boards along with delicious accompaniments   . We will be using scratch ingredients, along with professional techniques, that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of mostly demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?).
Bring your favorite wine to sip on during class!
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
