Mastering Charcuterie Boards February 08, 2023 6:15 p.m.
Lessons will include:
- Choosing the best Salumi, Cheeses and Accompaniments
- Breads, Toppings , Dips and Antipasti from Scratch
- Decorative Plating and Presentation
Students will learn to create amazing charcuterie boards along with delicious accompaniments . We will be using scratch ingredients, along with professional techniques, that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of mostly demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?)
Each student will assemble their own mini charcuterie board to take home.
Bring your favorite wine to sip on during class!
