In this New Cake Series, Students will learn how to Master the 3 basic methods of making scratch cake including, Sponge Method, Two Stage Method and Creaming Method, along with butter-creams, icings, fillings and basic decorating techniques.
The first class of this series is Sponge Cake, the most classic and versatile of all the cake methods. Stay for the other two classes in this series , coming soon!
This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation.
