 Students will learn how to properly and safely use a Chef’s Knife , how to choose the right knife and keep it sharp, along with other essential food prep techniques. Students will use their new skills to assist in producing a finished pasta dish to be enjoyed in class. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and hands-on participation (what does this mean?).

Some nice antipasti and a generous sampling of a completed pasta dish will be provided.

Bring your favorite Chef Knife to be sharpened (optional)
