Students will learn how to Regional Italian soups and Stews using all scratch ingredients and professional techniques, that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hr class class consisting of demonstration only (what does this mean?).
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
