My husband and I just went to our first cooking class with Gio last night. It was informative and a really fun time. I loved learning why we needed certain steps instead of just being told the steps. And the food was delicious! Looking forward to attending another class.

I attended the CDWBA event last night at the studio. Not only was the food delicious and no doubt healthy but I learned a ton of information. Gio is a great teacher and I would definitely take another class soon.

Wonderful experience! Both my wife and I were delighted by the friendly, warm demeanor of Gio but loved the professional, step-by-step instructions with rationale included to dispel “myths” about cooking. The cozy but professional studio made us comfortable while practicing our hands-on tasks. We will definitely be back!
I took the Dinner in Tuscany class, and it was amazing! Not only did we learn how to make some sensational dishes, but by just watching Gio we learned so much. Gio is funny, friendly, and an amazing chef.
I consider myself a very good cook but I learned so much from Gio about ingredients, making sauce and the handling the dough! My pizzas will never be the same! Just went grocery shopping to get the ingredients I need and I cannot wait to start!

This was a great class. Chef Gio’s directions, demos, and written instructions are very clear making it easier to replicate at home. My nephew had a great time and is looking forward to the Chinese food class.

Chef Gio is amazing. I’m not sure how he hasn’t made international news as being the best chef in the world. His classes are phenomenal. He is incredibly knowledgeable and so personable. His ingredients are consistently the world’s finest. If you want the best cooking class that the world has to offer, he is it.
