Italian Meat Sauces February 02, 2022 6:15 p.m.

Not all meat sauce is Bolognese! There are many versions of rich long cooking ragu that change dramatically from region to region. Students will learn to create authentic regional Italian meat sauces, each paired with its own appropriate pasta shapes (freshly extruded, and fresh hand made) . We will be cooking with all scratch ingredients, along with traditional and professional techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hr class class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?).

Bring some wine to sip on during class!
