- Fresh Ground Steak Burger | Caramelized Onion and Bacon Jam| Cheddar Sauce
- Mediterranean Eggplant Burger | Tzatziki | Roasted Balsamic Tomatoes
- Fresh Baked Burger Rolls
- Lorette Potato Frittes
Students will learn to create the ultimate gourmet burgers all from scratch! We will be using professional techniques that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hr class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?).
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
Note: We are currently allowing only 50% capacity. Some hands on elements may be modified or eliminated. Mask required for entry. Mask required when not seated at your table . Mask and gloves required during any hands on cooking.
