Gnocchi and Italian Dumplings February 15, 2023 6:15p.m.


  • Gnocchi alla Sorrentina | Classic Potato Gnocchi Baked with Tomato Sauce and Mozzarella
  • Gnuddi | Tuscan Spinach and Ricotta Dumplings with Sage and Butter Sauce
  • Gnocchi Alla Romana| Semolina Dumplings with Olive Oil and Pecorino Cheese
Students will learn all about gnocchi and dumplings, and how to create two different varieties with simple to follow recipes. Each pasta will be paired with it’s own sauce. We will be using all scratch ingredients, professional and traditional techniques that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?).
 Bring your own wine to sip on during class!
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
