Students will learn how to make delicious authentic Italian gelati , all from scratch! We will be using fresh natural ingredients and professional techniques that can easily be duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration only. (what does this mean?).
We’ll provide some amazing house made pizza and snacks throughout the class.
