Fresh Pasta Series: Ravioli June 23, 2021 6:15 p.m.


  • Classic Cheese Ravioli | Arrabbiata Sauce
  • Chicken Cappelletti | Saffron Chicken Broth
  • Potato Chive Agnolotti | Sage Butter Sauce

Students will learn how to make delicious ravioli and filled pasta each paired with a delicious sauce. We will be using all scratch ingredients and professional techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class that consists of demonstration and  hands on participation (what does this mean?).

Feel free to bring a bottle of wine to sip on during class.
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
Note: We are currently allowing only 50% capacity.  Mask required for entry. Mask required when not seated at your table . Mask and gloves required during any hands on cooking. Some hands on portions may be temporarily modified or eliminated.
