Classic Cheese Ravioli | Spicy Vodka Sauce
Borsetti con Mozzarella| Fresh Mozzarella| Fresh Tomato Basil
Potato Agnolotti | Arugula Pesto

Students will learn how to make delicious ravioli and filled pasta each paired with a delicious sauce. We will be using all scratch ingredients and professional techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class that consists of demonstration and hands on participation (what does this mean?).

Feel free to bring a bottle of wine to sip on during class.

A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
