- Raviolo al Uovo | Ricotta and Spinach | Egg Yolk | Carmalized Onion and Smoke Pancetta
- Potato Agnolotti | Roasted Pepper Pesto
Students will learn how to make delicious ravioli and filled pasta each paired with a delicious sauce. We will be using all-scratch ingredients and professional techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class that consists of demonstration and some hands on participation (what does this mean?).
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
