Fresh Pasta: Ravioli February 09, 2023 6:15 p.m.


  • Classic Three Cheese Ravioli | Arrabbiata Tomato Sauce
  • Tortelloni | Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli | Sage Butter Sauce
  • Sweet Potato Agnolotti | Pistachio Pesto 

Students will learn how to make delicious ravioli and filled pasta each paired with a delicious sauce. We will be using all scratch ingredients and professional techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class that consists of demonstration and  hands on participation (what does this mean?).

Feel free to bring a bottle of wine to sip on during class.
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
