Students will learn to make authentic Lasagne alla Bolognese, and the equally delicious Italian American Lasagne all from scratch! We will be using professional and traditional techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?)
Bring your favorite wine to sip on during class!
