Students will learn to make fresh cheese at home with local milk, cream and easy to find ingredients. We will be using scratch ingredients along with professional and traditional techniques that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hr class consisting of mostly demonstration and some hands on participation.(what does this mean?)
A generous sampling of all foods made in class will be provided.
Bread, salad and accompaniments will also be served.
