Croissants From Scratch April 09, 2020 6:15pm

Students will learn how to make delicious buttery croissants from start to finish. We will be using scratch ingredients along with professional techniques that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and hands-on participation (what does this mean?).
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
