Students will learn to make some amazing summer bites along with refreshing cocktails all from scratch!. We will be using classic and professional techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?).
Bring your favorite wine to sip on during class!
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
This is a special price per couple (any two people)
Note: We are currently allowing only 50% capacity. Mask required for entry. Mask required when not seated at your table . Mask and gloves required during any hands on cooking. Some hands on portions may be temporarily modified or eliminated.
