In this new high fun, low stress, interactive dinner event, we combine a cooking class and chef’s table in which student couples will make one completed dish 100% hands-on, then enjoy the rest of the menu expertly prepared by us. Recipes for the entire dinner will be provided. We will be using all scratch ingredients along with professional and traditional techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is 2 1/2 hour class/dinner consisting of several prepared courses, as well as some hands-on Participation (what does this mean?)
Feel free to bring your favorite bottle of wine to sip on during class . Wine will also be available for purchase.
