Couples Fall Dinner Class
- Arugula Pesto and Fresh Ricotta Crostini

- Cider and Herb Roasted 90 minute Turkey

Students will learn to create a complete and delicious Autumn meal using scratch ingredients. We will be using traditional and professional techniques that can be easily duplicated at home.
This is a 2 1/2 hour class that consists of demonstration and some hands on participation(what does this mean?).
A generous sampling of all the items made in class will be provided.
Feel free to bring your favorite bottle of wine.
