Food and Wine pairings do not have to be complicated or fancy. In this class, we explore pairing moderately priced everyday Italian wines with everyday foods. 

In this new high, low-stress, interactive event, we combine a demonstration cooking class and chef’s table wine tasting in which student couples will learn to make some of the menu items via demonstration, then pair the foods with amazing Italian wines.  Recipes for the entire dinner will be provided upon request. We will be using all scratch ingredients along with professional and traditional techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour event  consisting of several prepared courses,  as well as some demonstration only (what does this mean?)
