Students will learn how to make  traditional Italian, and classic  Italian-American cookies. We will be using all scratch ingredients along with traditional, and professional techniques, that are easily duplicated at home.
This is a 2 1/2 hour class that consists of demonstration and some hands on participation (what does this mean?).
