A Special Roman Wine Dinner Chef’s Table!
I will be preparing and serving my take on some very iconic Roman dishes. We’ll be pairing each course with wine from our friends at Casale di Giglio Winery, located in Lazio, Italy. Casale di Giglio are premier bechmark wine producers of this Roman Italian Region!
Chef’s Table is a fun, interactive dining and learning experience! Sharon wil guide you through our wine paring as I prepare and describe our multiple course menu. It’s like dinner and a show! This is a wonderful way to spend an evening with friends or family, and an opportunity to break bread with some great new people.
