Students will learn to master the sponge cake method, the most classic and versatile of all the cake methods, then create the most popular Italian celebration cake, the Italian Rum Cake!. Students will assemble and decorate their own 4 inch  version of this cake to take home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?)
