Students will learn to create the ultimate gourmet smash burgers all from scratch! We will be using professional techniques that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hr class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?).
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
Lessons include:
- Combining the best meats for the ultimate flavor burger.
- Brioche Buns from scratch.
- Homemade Condiments.
- Mastering the cast iron smash
- and more!
