Students will learn to create and authentic and rich “Sunday” meat sauce, along with homemade meatballs, fresh pasta and bread! We will be cooking with all scratch ingredients, using recipes from Chef’s family, along with classic techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hr class class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?).
