In the Italian Roots Cooking Series, we’ll explore authentic regional Italian dishes that inspired many Italian-American favorites.

We’ll use from-scratch ingredients and professional techniques that can be easily recreated at home. This is a 2 1/2 -hour class combining chef-led demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?).
