Students will learn how to make some of the comforting, heartfelt dishes I grew up with in my Italian household. These are the recipes that filled our home with warmth and brought everyone to the table. Together, we’ll explore the simple techniques and timeless flavors that turn humble ingredients into something truly special. We will be using traditional and professional techniques, that are easily duplicated at home.

This is a  3 hour class that consists of  demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?).

A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided
