Students will learn to make delicious Macaroni and Cheese dishes using scratch ingredients, hand made pasta, fresh extruded pasta, dry pasta , and professional techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?).
Bring your favorite wine to sip during class!
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
