Students will learn to create delicious, bakery quality breakfast pastry using all scratch ingredients and professional techniques, that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class that consists of demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?).
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
