  • Shaping and handling fresh extruded pasta
  • Simple authentic Italian sauces and finishing techniques
  • Tips for recreating fresh pasta at home
Students will learn how to create authentic Italian extruded pasta completely from scratch using professional, home-style, and traditional pasta-making equipment. We’ll work with fresh natural ingredients while exploring classic Italian techniques that can easily be recreated at home. This 2 1/2 hour class includes  demonstration along with some hands-on student participation

 
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided, along with some fresh bread and salad
