Students couples will learn to create a delicious and romantic dinner. This menu is all based on utilizing chocolate in sweet and savory dishes. The result is a surprisingly addictive, and satisfying meal. We will be using scratch ingredients and professional techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hr class consisting of demonstration only (what does this mean?)
Feel free to bring your favorite bottle of wine.
