Students will learn to make an authentic and delicious Neapolitan meal from scratch. We will be using traditional and professional techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and hands-on participation (what does this mean?).
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
