In this new high fun, low-stress, interactive event, we combine a demonstration  and chef’s table dinner in which guests will learn to about menu items via demonstration or description, and enjoy an amazing  feast prepared by me.  Recipes for the entire dinner will be provided upon request. This is a 2 1/2 hour event  consisting of several prepared courses,  as well as some interactive demonstration (what does this mean?)

A collection of Italian wines is available by the bottle and by the glass.
