Couples Date Night Dinner in Milano October 18, 2025 6:15pm

• Charcuterie : Salumi , Breads, Olives and Cheeses of  Milano 
• OssoBuco alla Milanese | Slow Braised Veal Shank in Wine Reduction
• Risotto alla Milanese | Saffron Infused Arborio Rice with Parmigiano Reggiano
• Sbrisolona alla Milanese| Crumble Tart | Toasted Almonds| Apples | Whipped Mascarpone Cream

In this new high fun, low-stress, interactive event, we combine a demonstration cooking class and chef’s table dinner in which  couples will learn to make some menu items via demonstration, and enjoy an amazing  feast prepared by me.  Recipes for the entire dinner will be provided upon request. This is a 2 1/2 hour event  consisting of several prepared courses,  as well as some demonstration only (what does this mean?)

A collection of Italian wines is available by the bottle and by the glass.
