Couples Date Night Dinner in Milano May 31, 2025 6:15pm

• Charcuterie : Salumi , Breads, Olives and Cheeses of  Milano 
• Risotto alla Milanese | Saffron Infused , Aged Carnaroli Rice with Parmigiano Reggiano
• Cotoletta alla Milanese |  Crispy Veal Chop | Gremolata  Sauce | Tomato Arugula Salad
• Sbrisolona alla Milanese| Crumble Tart | Toasted Almonds|  Raspberry Compote | Whipped Mascarpone Cream

In this new high fun, low-stress, interactive event, we combine a demonstration cooking class and chef’s table dinner in which guests will learn to make a menu item via demonstration, then enjoy an amazing  feast prepared by me.  Recipes for the entire dinner will be provided upon request.. This is a 2 1/2 hour event  consisting of several prepared courses,  and some demonstration only (what does this mean?)

A collection of Italian wines is available by the bottle and by the glass.
